Ice cream machine

The "Ice Bear"ice cream machine is the result of 30 years experience in ice cream production. It freezes, dispenses and sells up to 240 portions of ice cream per hour – fully automatically.  Each selectable portion is mixed from two different ice creams, the counter automatically registers the dispense. Due to this solution the machines operates completely without control or supervision, even kids can handle it easily.

Ice cream basis

The basis for our "Ice Bear"ice cream is made in our dairy factory from fresh milk, cream, sugar, best-quality fruit, cocoa and hazelnut, based on traditional recipes and under permanent quality control. The basis mixture is pateurized, after canning it has a shelf life of two years, no refrigeration needed.

The "Ice Bear"is ready to use and can be directly filled into the ice cream machine. This guarantees easy handling for anybody and no special permissions are needed for the vending.

No air is added to the basis mixture, so differently to soft-ice there is no contamination danger.

Maintenance and delivery:

"Ice Bear"includes transportation, a training session for handling of the machine, our customer service also supports you in maintenance or repairs of the ice-cream machine. At the end of the season we collect your machine  upon request to perform a complete overhaul and hand it back to you right in time for the next season start.

We practise the ancient art of ice cream making since 1910. Under the brand name of Hermann Jung the basic ingredients were produced in Munich for bakeries and patisseries. Our ice cream specialities always won the DLG gold award.

In the land of Swabian masters and technicians of course we didn’t have to wait very long for the invention of an ice cream machine. The company’s founder lay down the foundation of  "Ice Bear"  ice cream sale system, combining the finest ingredients with the best available production technique,  in 1963 by the entry in the Trade Register. In the early 70s the company started to can "Ice Bear"  ice cream basic mixtures and the first self-service machine appeared on the market. All "Ice Bear"  are developed under strict quality control, applying proven technologies. The sympathetic "Ice Bear"polar bear figure means a special attraction around the point of sales, and boosted our turnover.
